You can still contact call your local office, see our contact page for details:

Child Contact Centres
In an effort to reduce face to face contact, we have taken the difficult decision to cancel Child Contact sessions at all our centres. We will continue to take and process referrals for new cases and all Pre Contact parent work will be conducted by telephone or electronic methods.

Message Box Contact
This is a temporary service to support and maintain contact between children and parents where our Family Support Workers can facilitate messages, pictures and videos between parents and children, until the current child contact centre service can resume.   Contact us for further information.

Family Mediation and Consulting Children
All face to face contact will be suspended from Monday 23rd March. We will continue to take referrals and do all preparatory work. Including intake Meetings by telephone or electronic methods. We will be unable to offer joint mediation sessions from Monday 23rd March.

Parenting Apart
We will continue to offer Parenting Apart sessions by telephone or electronic methods. Any parent trying to manage parenting apart issues during this challenging time, can contact us for information and support.

Children’s Services: Young Persons Counselling, Play Therapy and Art Therapy
Using telephone or electronic methods, we have a limited remote counselling service for young people age 12+.

Unfortunately, we are unable to do any counselling or therapy services for younger children and all art therapy services have been suspended until further notice.

We understand what a challenging time this is for all families and while most of our direct work with children is suspended for now, we are able to offer phone appointments for parents to provide support for you, and to help you support your child.

Relationship Counselling, Generic Counselling and Therapy Services
We will continue to offer these services by telephone or electronic methods.

This is a difficult and rapidly changing situation and our priority is to keep our clients and workers safe. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries, or require information, advice and support.

Yours sincerely

Elizabeth Wallace
Chief Executive
